At Aphex, we're on a mission to change the way teams plan and communicate work. To help ensure your success, we provide full support and onboarding to every project, regardless of the pricing plan (Oh yeah... even the free starter plan!)

Onboarding

For new projects, our relationship begins with our simple onboarding workflow:

  1. Demonstration - Get the 'thumbs-up' from the project management team.
  2. Project Setup - Map the tool to align with your project requirements.
  3. Team Training - Ensure the team are up to speed with the tool and the routine.
  4. Go-Live! - Management Buy-In ✅ Setup ✅ Training ✅ ... Let's do this!

You can kick off the onboarding process for your project by booking in a quick 15 minutes introductory call here. One of the team will be on hand to discuss each step & get things moving!

Support

Once you're set up, we won't disappear. Our Customer Success team are with you every step of the way! We have various support channels, finely tuned to serve you:
