On Aphex Planner Projects your work moves through four steps in a flow of information from rough draft plans to complete as-built records. These four steps are how Project Data is categorised: Unassigned, Pending, Planned and Complete.
You can access Project Data from your Left-hand App Menu.
When work is first imported into a project it will start in the Unassigned category, only visible to Project Admins until assigned to its rightful owner. Here Admins can also edit work before assigning it to the team.
Once work has been assigned to its rightful owner it is categorised as Pending until it's added to your plan. Whenever you receive new work, it will appear here. Here you can review, edit and organise your work into Packages before adding it to your plan.
When work is added to your plan it is categorised as Planned. Now you're ready to head to your Gantt to start planning!
As all planned task days move into the past, work is assigned as Complete and you'll find the work in the Complete category of Project Data.
