# Dépannage d’Aphex

## Correctifs rapides <a href="#h_8c0144ada8" id="h_8c0144ada8"></a>

L’utilisation d’Aphex dans votre navigateur nécessite que celui-ci fonctionne correctement. Sinon, vous pourriez rencontrer l’un des problèmes suivants :

* Blocage sur l’écran de chargement « Récupération des données »
* Notification d’erreurs telles que « Déconnecté du serveur » ou « Erreur interne du serveur »
* Pages ne répondant pas
* Actions ne répondant pas
* Le chat / messagerie Aphex ne se charge pas

Bonne nouvelle ! Nous avons constaté que la plupart de ces problèmes sont résolus après avoir suivi quelques étapes simples ci-dessous pour vérifier l’état de votre navigateur.

## Problèmes d’accès réseau <a href="#h_f4420aa944" id="h_f4420aa944"></a>

Si vous avez essayé toutes les étapes de dépannage ci-dessus et que vous êtes toujours bloqué, il est probable que certains des services ou technologies dont nous avons besoin pour faire fonctionner Aphex soient bloqués par votre appareil ou par la sécurité informatique de votre entreprise.

Nous vous recommandons de débloquer et/ou d’inscrire sur liste blanche les domaines suivants à partir de l’inspection HTTPS/SSL :

* `aphex.co`&#x20;
  * `Y compris les sous-domaines : app.aphex.co, help.aphex.co`
* `.cloudfunctions.net`
* `https://firestore.googleapis.com`
* `https://storage.googleapis.com/aphex-prod.appspot.com`
* `https://storage.googleapis.com/aphex-prod-aus.appspot.com`
* `api.workos.com`

De plus, si c’est spécifiquement la messagerie Aphex Chat qui ne se charge pas, le fait de débloquer et/ou d’inscrire sur liste blanche ces domaines à partir de l’inspection HTTPS/SSL devrait faire l’affaire :

* `api-iam.intercom.io`
* `widget.intercom.io`
