# Resources

**Who can access this feature?**
Any Project User with full Diary Access can view the Diary Homepage tab and Performance data.

The Resources section in Diary brings every logged Labour and Plant record across a project's diary entries into a single table. You can use the table to search for resources across all Diary entries, or to review and export the list as a CSV.
### Filtering Resources

To narrow the results down, you can filter both tables by Type, Subcontractor or Diary.
**To filter resources:**
* Navigate to the or  tab you want to export
* Click 
* Select the properties you wish to filter to:
* Type: Filter to specific Resource Types
* Subcontractor: Filter to resources assigned to specific Subcontractors
* Diary Template: Filter to specific Diaries
* Select the Date Range you wish to filter to
### Resource Columns

**To add columns to the resource table:**
* Click 
* Select the columns you wish to display on the table
Resource Table Columns
**The following columns are visible by default, and cannot be toggled off:**
* Labour/Plant Name
* Qty
* Source Diary Entry
* Record Date
**The following columns can be toggled on:**
* Type
* Subcontractor
* Start
* End
* Hours
* Cost Cose
* Tasks
* Notes
### Exporting Resources

You can export your resource table to csv. The export will reflect whatever filters, dates and columns you’ve set at the time.
**To export to CSV:**
* Navigate to the resource tab you want to export (Labour or Plant)
* Configure the filters, date range and columns you wish to export
* Click in the top right corner
* A CSV will download to your computer
Resource Table Rules
* Users can only see resources from diary entries they have access to
* The table is a read-only and cannot be edited
