To maintain great project routines, keep teams in the loop, and drive collaboration Aphex has a range of built in notifications across email, in-app notifications and an activity feed.

Email and App Notifications

These are reserved for notifications that require action by a user or team. They are used to maintain project routines and keep the planning cycle on track.

Each notification will include a unique link taking users where they are needed.

Users are able to unsubscribe from notifications via the unsubscribe link on their emails. These notification emails are classified across 3 categories; Project Routines, Task Notifications, Access and Permissions. Unsubscribing from one does not affect the others.

Activity Feed

The activity feed provides users with an event feed to see what is happening across their work. The activity feed is focused on messages and notification that drive collaboration and sharing between site and the office.

The activity feed currently exists only in Aphex Field and has the following types of activities;

  • Delay Alerts: Notifications of delays generated on tasks that you have role on.

  • Mentions: Notifications that a user has been mentioned you on a task.

  • Smart Status: Automated alerts to confirm the status or outcome of key tasks
