Start by learning the basics of Aphex.

Open and create Views of your plan, and explore the main navigation tools.

Everyone contributes to the same plan, but each user can save multiple custom configurations ('Views'). Whether for team meetings, task updates, or presentations, you can have the perfect View ready.
