Project Settings is where project Project Admins can edit the Project's basic properties as well as configure the Aphex Project to align with your team's weekly Planning Routine. You can navigate to Project Settings from the left-hand Sidebar that's accessible by clicking on the Aphex icon in the top-left of your project.

1. Project Name

Insert the name of the Project here.

2. Project ID

The unique identification for the Project in Aphex, alongside the external ID of the Project is being Imported.

3. Location

The geographical location of the Project, used to bring in accurate weather data.

4. Sector

The industry sector the Project is a part of.

5. Form of Contract

The type of contract used for the Project.

6. Contract Value

The total monetary value of the Project's contract.

1. Start Date Options

Chooses the date and time that Importing starts on.

2. Frequency Selector

Chooses the frequency and time period that Imports should happen in.

3. End Date Options

Chooses how long the Import cycle goes on for, and which date it will end on.

1. Lookahead Period

This determines the project's default view of the Gantt. Aphex will only be checking for Missing Data and Clashes within the project's Lookahead Period.
