Now that you've decided on the planning approach that your team will take, the next step is to build your team's existing planning cycle into your Aphex Project.

By creating a publication routine, you're essentially setting a weekly deadline for all plans to be updated by.

This deadline will be visible to everyone on the Project, and will generate automatic notifications to the team when the due date nears.

Then, when the deadline passes each week, you can issue the official weekly Published Version. Published Versions are read-only versions of the lookahead, which can then be shared and used as a baseline.
