Printing

Gantt

The live Gantt, and the Gantt in Published Versions can be printed to PDF.

The configured date range, filter, structure, zoom, grouping and overlays will be printed. The exception is the Resource Overlay - this cannot be printed.

Page Size

By default, the Gantt print will be optimised to A3. This can be switched to A2, A1 or A0. Increase the page size will scale the Gantt allowing more of the plan to be visible on each page.

Delay Data

By default, the delay data is included in the output. This can be turned off to exclude Progress Update colours, Done & Promised Bars and delay icons from the PDF.

Advanced Settings

Bar Colour

Pick from either Owner, Subcontractor or Shift for the Bar Colour on the Gantt print. Owner will be selected by default.

Footer

Choose whether to include a footer on the Gantt print. If the Footer is included, it will have the following information:

Data	Description
Logo	Custom Org or Project logo. Will default to Project Logo if one has been uploaded, otherwise will fallback to Org Logo.
Project Name	Name of the Project
Published Version	Name of the Published Version the print was generated from (not valid for prints from the live Gantt)
Time Printed	Time the print was generated (timezone taken from the Organisation region)
Dates	Start and end date of the time period for the specific page
Page Number	Page number out of total pages
Owners	Users who own tasks on the page
Subcontractors	Subcontractors assigned to tasks on the page

Logo

The PDF can be generated with either the Organisation logo, or the Project's logo.

Map

The live Map, and the Map in Published Versions can be printed to PDF.

The configured date range, filter, structure, grouping and overlays will be printed on the Map. The orientation and print area can be set to allow a specific section to be printed instead of the entire Map.

By default, the output will be a single page with all tasks in view appearing on the Map PDF.

A maximum of 55 tasks can appear in the tasklist for each page. If the amount of tasks exceed 55, the excess tasks will not be visible in the tasklist.

Sequence Prints

Sequence can be enabled to spread tasks out over multiple pages.

Sequence	Output
Day	A new page for each working day. Only tasks taking place on the specific day will appear on the page
Week	A new page for each week. Only tasks taking place within the specific week will appear on the page.
Month	A new page for each month. Only tasks taking place within the month week will appear on the page.

Advanced Settings

Column Data

Up to three additional data points can be shown next to their tasks on the Map Print. The information that can be selected from is:

Data	Description
Dates	Start and end date of the task
Duration	Number of days the tasks goes for
Shift	The shift assigned to the task
Status	If the task is Planned, Promised or Done
Owner	The owner of the task
Subcontractor	The Subcontractor assigned to the task
Labour	Labour that is assigned to the task
Plant	Any Plant assets that are assigned to a task
Materials	Materials that are assigned to the task
Location	The Location of the task

Footer

Exceptions

Board View and the Resource Overlay are only available in the live plan, and cannot be printed
