List
List is a quick and simple way to see tasks within your project in a list. These are shown in daily increments, making it easy to see what's going on in the project for that day.
Group By
You can choose how tasks are organised in List view by setting the Grouping.
The Primary and Sub-Groups you can pick from are:
None
Schedule
Owner
Assignee
Subcontractor
Location
Shift
Task Properties
You can choose which Task properties are visible on the task card.
The Task properties you can pick from are:
Assignees
Calendar
Dates
Labour
Location
Materials
Notes
Owner

Progress
Shift
Status

Progress Updates
For each working day of a Task, Progress Updates can be recorded to indicate performance. Each Progress Update includes the following data:
Date
Selected working day to record the event against
Type
Delayed
On Schedule
Task is on Schedule for that day
Improved
Task has been Shortened or Moved to an earlier date
Reason
Reason for the change. This can be configured by each project individually and typically contains reasons such as "Awaiting Access".
Amount
Impact of the update is recorded in a Value that represents a duration in working days (+ or -)
Added By
User who recorded the update
Created At
Timestamp of when the update was recorded
Progress Updates: Type
There are different types of Progress Updates:
Delayed
A task’s end date has been delayed from the prior plan or commitment
On Schedule
A task’s end date is confirmed as achievable.
Improved
A task’s end date has been improved (brought earlier).
Task Status Change
A task’s meta status has changed aka Promised, Planned, Done
Ripple Status
If a Promised task is delayed, the same delay (amount & reason) can be applied to all following Promised tasks, given the User has the correct permissions over the predecessor Tasks.
