Views in Aphex are customisable layouts designed to streamline focus on essential project details. Available in Gantt, Map, List, and Board layouts, each View can be adapted for various meetings, reviews, or specific project needs by saving filters, grouping, or overlays directly to the View.

Create Personal Views or Shared Views to tailor them for specific users, teams, or the entire project community.

Creating a New View

  • Click the '+ View' button at the top of your dashboard.

  • Click '+ Create New View' or 'Create View +' underneath 'Created by You'.

  • Choose the view type you want to create (Gantt, Map, Board or List).

  • Enter a title for your new View.

  • Click 'Create View'.

Your new View has been created and will open in a new tab on your Planner. You can also access it later by clicking the '+ View' button, which will be listed underneath 'Created by You'.

  • Navigate to the View you'd like to edit.

  • Modify the desired settings such as Group By, Overlays, Date Range, Filters, or View Options.

  • To save your edits, click 'Save View'.

  • Alternatively, click the down caret next to 'Save View' to save your changes as a new View.

  • Navigate to the View you would like to share.

  • Select 'View Options' on the right-hand side.

  • Click 'Shared with' and toggle on 'Shared View'.

  • Choose to share your View with Everyone or specific Users & Teams.

  • Select whether shared users can Edit View or have View Only access.

Once you share your View, it will be visible to others in the 'Shared with Everyone' section of the View list.
