Aphex's version of the WBS structure is 'Folders'. Folders & Subfolders serve as the primary means for everyone on the Project to organise and group Tasks across the plan.
For a Bottom Up approach, you can start on 'Creating Folders'
For a Top Down approach, 'Editing Folders' will be the best place to start.
Open up the Folders menu
Click the 'Create New Root' button
Make sure that your Primary Grouping is set to 'Folders'
An option to 'Add Root Folder' will appear on the Gantt
Hover over the Folder you would like to add a sub-folder to
Click on the + symbol that appears on the right hand side of the screen
Choose 'Add Sub-Folder'
Hover over the Folder you are adding to
Click on the '+' button
Select 'Add Subfolder'
Type in the Subfolder Name & Select the 'Create [Folder Name]' button
Hover over the Folder you would like to add a sub-folder to
Click on the + symbol that appears on the right hand side of the screen
Select 'Add Peer Folder'
