Resources & Assets

• Admins can create & edit Resources & Assets

• Project Assets include Packages Labour, Plant, Materials, Subcontractors, Locations, Calendars, Delay Reasons, Blockers & Tags

You have the ability to configure a set of resources, enabling your team to forecast demand and monitor planned versus actual amounts across the Project.

Use the steps below to create Project Assets:

Open the Project Assets page

• Click on the Project Name to bring up the drop down menu

• Select Project Assets to open the modal

Adding a Project Asset

• Use the list to select the Project Asset you would like to add

• To the right of the screen, there will be a button named Add [Project Asset Name] - Click this to add the Asset

• Add in a Name, colour & any available fields

• Click the Create button

Your asset will now be added to the Project and can now be assigned to Tasks.
