Structure
The next step is to give the Project some structure, so that it's not just a giant list of Tasks.
Folders & Subfolders are how you can organise and group your Tasks. Most teams choose to use their existing WBS (or a simplified version) as the Folder structure in their Aphex Project. This can be imported from P6 or MS Project, or can be created directly inside your Project.
For extra control over what Folders can be edited or added to, you can change a Folder's Protected State.
