Structure
The next step is to give the team some structure to build their work around.
Folders & Subfolders are how everyone on the Project can organise and group Tasks, across the plan.
Admins, like yourself, are usually responsible for creating or importing the Folder tree into the Project, so that the rest of the team can add their Tasks & Subfolders into the central structure that you've set up. Most teams choose to use their existing WBS (or a simplified version) as the Folder structure in their Aphex Project. This can be imported from P6 or MS Project, or can be created directly inside your Project.
You have control over what Folders can be edited or added to by changing the Folder's Protected State.
